2020 Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park Quarter Rolls

The 2020 Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park Quarter Rolls will appear from the US Mint as the fourth of five coin roll releases in 2020 of the America the Beautiful Quarters™ Program.

Names after the previous owners of the land (George Perkins Marsh, Frederick Billings and Laurence and Mary French Rockefeller) the Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park was established on August 26, 1992. The park preserves a site where Billings established a managed forest system to follow his ideology of conservation.

Each roll is wrapped in special Mint wrapping which indicates the $10 face value, the specific strikes of Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller Quarters and an initial indicating which mint facility struck them (P for Philadelphia or D for Denver).

2020 America the Beautiful Quarters

The US Mint will issue five America the Beautiful Quarters in 2020:

  • 2020 National Park of American Samoa Quarter representing American Samoa
  • 2020 Weir Farm National Historic Site Quarter representing Connecticut
  • 2020 Salt River Bay National Historical Park and Ecological Preserve Quarter representing the U.S. Virgin Islands
  • 2020 Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park Quarter representing Vermont
  • 2020 Tallgrass Prairie National Preserve Quarter representing Kansas

The America the Beautiful Quarters Program will be in its fifty-fourth release when the Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller Quarters are issued.

Issue Information

One roll in each set will contain 40 circulation quality quarters from the US Mint’s facility in Philadelphia and one roll will contain 40 circulation quality quarters from the US Mint’s facility in Denver.

Honored State or Territory

The state of Vermont is represented by the Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller Quarter. Vermont was the 14th state admitted to the Union when it joined on March 4, 1791.

Release Date

The US Mint has not announced a release date for the two-roll sets of Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller Quarters.

Issue Price

An issue price for the Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller Roll Sets has not been announced by the US Mint.

U.S. Mint Production Facility

One roll will contain strikes from the US Mint’s facility in Philadelphia and one roll will contain strikes from the US Mint’s facility in Denver.

Designer & Sculptor / Engraver

The first President of the United States, George Washington, is featured on the obverse (heads side) of each America the Beautiful Coin. Designed by John Flanagan, the portrait was first used on the 1932 circulating quarter dollar.

The reverse (tails side) of the quarter will showcase a portion of the Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park.
